10-ml Rollerball Bottles

These pretty rainbow glass rollerball bottles hold 10-ml and have a stainless steel ball and keychain string.

5-ml Pastel Rollerball Bottles

I love these 5-ml glass rollerball bottles.  They have a stainless steel ball, a cute little sparkle, and a convenient keychain string.

15 ml Glass Dropper Bottles

These 15ml glass dropper bottles are great for face serum recipes, mini diffuser bombs, and for sharing oily samples with friends!

16-ounce Glass
Spray Bottles

These spray bottles are a great size for your glass cleaner & All-Purpose Thieves cleaner.  Pretty enough to leave out on the counter, too!

Mini Glass
Dram Bottles

Mini glass dram bottles are a great way to carry essential oils with you wherever you go.  Pack a few in your bag, and you’re ready to go!

2-ounce Glass
Spray Bottles

These small bottles are great for simple DIY essential oil projects such as non-toxic air freshener, pillow spray & fabric refresher spray.

Coconut Oil

I use Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO) as a carrier oil in most of my rollerball recipes.  It is colorless and odorless.  It absorbs easily into the skin.

Jojoba Oil-

Jojoba oil is a great carrier oil, especially for recipes that are used on the face.  It is a good choice for all skin types, including combination skin.

Grapeseed Oil-

Grapeseed oil is rich in bioflavonoids and can help tighten and tone skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes.

Glass Foaming
Soap Dispenser

I use this glass foaming soap dispenser for my DIY foaming hand soap recipes.  It’s a sturdy-and pretty-soap dispenser.

Plastic Foaming
Soap Dispensers

A plastic foaming soap dispenser that works in areas where glass dispensers are a problem.  I don’t recommend citrus oils in plastic containers.

Pure Liquid
Castile Soap

Pure liquid castile soap is one of the ingredients in my foaming hand soap recipe.  I only use the  unscented options.

Essential Oil Rack
Tree of Life

I use this metal “Tree of Life” rack as my main essentail oil storage.  It’s functional and beautiful, and holds A LOT of oils and supplies!

Spray Bottles

I make larger batches of Thieves All-Purpose Cleaner in these bottles.  I keep them under the sinks, since they’re not so pretty.

Essential Oil

I love these!  Just add  your essential oils to the empty inhaler, seal the inhaler with the cap, and you’re good to go!  The aroma lasts for days and days! These are reusable, too.

Witch hazel is used in many recipes, including foaming hand soap, non-toxic anti-static spray (get the recipe above), and some air freshener recipes.

Aloe Vera-

Aloe Vera Gel is used in many DIY recipes.  Some of my favorites include some foaming hand soap recipes and after-sun spray.

Epsom Salts

This is my favorite Epsom salt to soak in and to use for DIY scented bath salts.  It is pure, unscented, and has no additives unlike many epsom salts.

Wool Dryer

This is a MUST HAVE!  Seriously.  Order these right now and replace your toxic dryer sheets with this 6-pack of organic New Zealand dryer balls.  My laundry dries much faster and I LOVE that they are toxin free.  Try them with essential oils!

Chalkboard Labels & "Chalk" Pen

These are such adorable chalkboard style labels! The set comes with 196 labels and a white marker that looks like chalk.  They’re perfect for all types of bottles & mason jars.  You can see them in action four rows up on my 16-oz glass spray bottles.

Labels for Rollerball Bottles

These pretty labels come with 7 sheets with 27 cursive labels per sheet.  They’re the perfect size to label your 10 ml rollerball bottles.  They come in silver or gold.  I definitely recommend labeling your roller bottles–it makes finding things so much easier!

4-oz Mason Jars

I use these mini mason jars to store & gift DIY projects like bath salts or sugar scrubs.  I keep my DIY jewelry cleaner in this type of jar.  You can get some of my recipe labels  as a FREE digital download (top of this page) & use the labels to the right).

2" Round Glossy Labels

These labels are great to label DIY products for home or to give as gifts.  They fit perfectly on mason jar lids and glass spray bottles!  These are the exact labels I use to label my projects.  Get my FREE digital download recipe labels at the top of this page.

Quart Mason Jars

I store larger DIY projects & supplies in these wide-mouth quart mason jars.  These jars are the perfect size for my “Red Drink,” and oil-infused antioxidant drink that I enjoy every morning .  I also use them to store leftover soup and stews in the freezer.

The Power of CBD
and Essential Oils

Doctor Oli answers many questions about CBD and essential oils in this book.  If you have questions about CBD (such as how it works, usage, dosage, safety, or how to use it with essential oils), this book likely has the answer.

Lucy Libido: There's an
Oil for That

I’m pretty sure the title of this book says it all:  Lucy Libido Says…There’s an Oil for THAT:  A Girlfriend’s Guide to Using Essential Oils Between the Sheets.  Yep, it’s about oils for THAT and SO MUCH more than that!

Releasing Emotional Patterns
with Essential Oils

Releasing Patterns With Essential Oils will help you discover & release emotional patterns with essential oils. The single oils in the book are universal. The blends refer to Young Living oils.

My Favorite Mindset & Productivity Books

Setting boundaries is so important!  This book helps you learn how to decide when to say yes and how to say no.  It can help you take control of your life and set healthy, biblical boundaries with everyone around you–and even with yourself.

This companion workbook provides the support & Scripture you need to help others respect your boundaries.  Use it to help improve your work-life balance or to practice saying no when someone asks you to commit to one more activity.

Cleaning Up Your
Mental Mess

This helped me find & replace my root toxic thoughts. It’s a scientifically proven plan to find & eliminate the root of anxiety, depression & intrusive thoughts & help you improve your mental & physical health. There’s also a paid app if you want more support.

Getting Things
Done (GTD)

Getting Things Done is the ultimate book on business and personal organization. “GTD” is a way of approaching professional & personal tasks and of actually getting things done.  I have not mastered this system…YET.  I love that it can be applied to the workplace, the home, or to a side business.

The Miracle

Starting the day with the Miracle Morning has been AMAZING!  I love that I can tailor it to my season of life.  When I’m short on time I create shorter routines.  When I have more time, I extend them.  This book will help you create a morning routine that will make a HUGE difference in your productivity, motivation, and focus!

Eat that

I can be somewhat of a procrastinator.  With the help of this book I’ve been able to create small changes that have helped me to take consistent action.  Eat that Frog! can help you to focus in on the most critical tasks (your frogs) so that you can accomplish them efficiently and effectively. It’s a quick read and broken down by strategy.

My Favorite Cookbooks: AIP, Paleo, and Real Food

He Won't Know it's Paleo

These recipes are quite impressive. This cookbook got its name because the author was able to make only paleo autoimmune protocol meals for six months before telling her husband, that he’d been eating gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free foods all that time!  This cookbook is a keeper!

The Paleo Approach

The Paleo Approach:  Reverse Autoimmune Disease and Heal Your Body was my first AIP book purchase.  I relied heavily on it to learn about AIP.  It taught me all about the WHEN, WHY, and HOW of AIP.  It’s not a cookbook.  It focuses on all aspects of the AIP lifestyle, not just food. Game changer!

The Healing Kitchen

This cookbook has over 175 recipes that are budget-friendly, quick and easy.  I like that they are made with typical ingredients you’d have in your kitchen.  There are some meal plans to help you get started, which is really nice.  I love the Baked Carrot-Banana Bread N’Oatmeal, Monkey Bars, and Sweet Potato Ice Cream.  Yum!

Nourish: The Paleo Healing Cookbook

The recipes in this book are yummy! Following the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol can reduce inflammation and ease autoimmune symptoms, but sometimes it’s hard to find yummy recipes. This book has simple, nutrient-dense recipes that taste really good! Some of my favorites are Carrot & Parsnip Salad, Garlic-Lovers Roasted Beets, and German Potato Salad with Bacon and Herbs (made with white sweet potatoes-MMMMM!).

100 Days of
Real Food

The recipes in this cookbook are all made from REAL FOOD, not processed junk.  I like this cookbook so much I’ve given it as gifts over the years.  My favorites are The Best Whole Chicken in the Slow Cooker, Overnight Chicken Stock in the Slow Cooker, and Slow-Cooker Potato Soup. *This cookbook is not AIP, Paleo, dairy-free, or gluten-free.  Some of the recipes are naturally gluten-free, and I have been able to adapt a number of others.

100 Days of Real Food: fast & fabulous

Like the original cookbook, this cookbook contains REAL FOOD recipes.  I really like that these recipes are fast and easy…and really tasty!  I’ve also given this cookbook as gifts over the years.  Some of my favorite recipes are Tzatziki Sauce, Real-Food Sloppy Joes, and Caprese Pasta Salad.   *This cookbook is not AIP, Paleo, dairy-free, or gluten-free.  Some of the recipes are naturally gluten-free, and I have been able to adapt a number of others.
